John James Anderson is currently the CTO at Arktech Consulting Group, LLC. In this role, he helps build and host websites for clients, performs onsite and remote support for clients, manages client networks, and a myriad of other responsibilities associated with running a startup company.

Before founding Arktech Consulting Group in late 2020, JJ was the Student Body President at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. Previously, JJ was an intern with various organizations in Burlington, Vermont, most recently at Edlund Company LLC, focusing on improving company processes for setting up new computers and installing software after physical upgrades and automating the company’s install procedures batch and Powershell. He has also worked as an IT intern at The University of Vermont Medical Center and the Federal Bureau of Investigation as an honors intern.

We elected to sell our house ourselves without the assistance of real estate agents, thus saving $31,800.00 in commissions. The home was built in 1894 in the Queen Anne cottage style that John Roberts, a Burlington builder, popularized.

The website allowed the potential buyers to focus their attention on their needs.

The marketing efforts were capped off with an open house that resulted in two offers, which allowed for the acceptance of an offer $30,000 greater than the asking price.
